We have a pretty relaxed breeding program at our farm. We let our does mature to 8 or 9 months before breeding them and then put them on 4 month rotation depending on condition and our show schedule. We usually wean kits at 6 weeks once they are eating pellets and hay.

Kinzie is such a solid girl. She is as good a mom as they come. Her kits are dependable grow-outs and perform well at the show. Kinzie has earned 3 legs for her Permanent Grand Champion qualification, but she is missing a great grand parent in her pedigree, so sadly, she can not be registered but her offspring can.
